About Us

Meet our Founder, Krystle Pearl

Krystle’s yoga journey began

casually a long time ago, but it

wasn’t until a few years ago that

she reevaluated the role of yoga

in her life! At a time when she felt

depressed and at her rock

bottom, Krystle was drawn to a

yoga class, and found herself

returning again and again.

Yoga reconnected Krystle’s mind, body, and spirit, re-energized her love of life, and has helped her rejoice in the healing process consistent yoga practice provides. Yoga has allowed Krystle to refocus on the important parts of life- slowing down, being present, and enjoying every moment. Most importantly, yoga allows her to take time for herself to refuel and recharge so she can be a better mom to her son.

Specialization Makes a Difference

Krystle is a registered RYT 200 instructor with Yoga Alliance, and is certified in trauma-sensitive yoga, specializing in work with sexual abuse survivors. As a healer, she holds space to help people reconnect their mind and body to become their most authentic selves, so they can find what “Re” truly means to them.

“Meditation is a way for nourishing and blossoming the divinity within you.”
